Despite missing last night’s tilt against the Portland Pirates due to inclement weather, the Providence Bruins are on the road to take on the Adirondack Phantoms.  Toonight’s game marks the second game of the season between the two with the Bruins taking the first game 3-2 in overtime.

The Bruins are looking to build off of their 3-1 victory over the Connecticut Whale on Saturday and remain out of the losing column.  The Bruins currently sit in 2nd place in the Division, just 2 points (or 1 win) away from the Division-leading Portland Pirates.

Tonight Chris Bourque looks to keep his scoring streak alive with three goals in the past two games. Jamie Tardif is also looking to keep his hot streak alive as he has registered 9 goals this month, two of them from his past two games.

Niklas Svedberg is expected to be in net for the Bruins tonight after being Hutchinson’s back-up against the Whale.

Tonight’s game is at 7:00pm and can be heard on AHL Live for free or seen for a small fee.
